El Burrito has been serving Homemade Mexican Food since 1960, and is always cooked fresh daily! Jesse and Dorothy Godinez opened in Sept. of 1960. With the help of Agustina Godinez (Jesse's Mother) they cooked up some incredibly tasty family recipes, and have been serving Northern Colorado and beyond ever since.
